SS CAM TIMED SEASON SIX APPROACHING! 

ARE YOU GAME FOR SS CAM TIMED IN GAMEDESIRE?

We are inviting players to take part in Season Six, which will be played in GAMEDESIRE.COM. 

"HOW DO I SIGN UP?" Go to www.gamedesire.com and sign up using an ID to match your SS ID. Whichever ID you choose, make sure you change the SS ID to match (go to My Accounts on the SS website to do this).

"WHICH POOL GAME WILL I BE PLAYING IN GAMEDESIRE?" The version we will be playing is POOL 8 2009. It offers better graphics than Yahoo Pool, has a lobby with chat, the ability to set a timer and an overall realistic feel about it compared to Yahoo. 

"ANY MAJOR CHANGES FOR SEASON 6?" No, the timer remains at 20 seconds. Players still have to report games lost as 'SS Leagues' which helps the League's activity. This remains as a mandatory rule.

"HOW DO I ENTER THE COMPETITION?" Easy! Scroll further down and fill in the simple application form and submit it as soon as possible.


WELCOME! 

Straightshots MultiGaming League, originally one of the oldest established online 8-ball pool leagues still existing, has been organising the SS Cam Cup for quite a few years. Apart from 8BR, it is the longest running and most prestigious online pool cam competition around. Now realising that many players enjoy timed pool, we have decided to branch out into the Timed competition sector.

The format will be straight elimination or groups, depending on the number of entries. We are having one 'open' division so that players of all abilities can give it a go and see how far they can progress!

The timer is fixed at 20 seconds, and there are strictly NO re-racks permitted.

Of course, one thing we will never relent on is good sportsmanship, so if being a good sport is alien to you, please do NOT enter – we do not want you! Those who respect others and the rules, you're very welcome!

• Duration of all shots is TWENTY SECONDS fixed

• Players must report 'SS Leagues', up to 6 maximum for games lost

• Early round matches – first to win 8 games, closest score can be 8–7
